Join us for a fun-filled Fall Day. We will head to the Mayfield Dairy so you can see your favorite Mayfield products with fun and educational behind-the-scenes tour! See where it all began for Mayfield, learn how their delicious milk makes it from the dairy to the fridge and get ourselves Ice Cream at the old-fashioned Ice Cream Parlor!

Important Information if you are attending:

Please aim to arrive by 11:30am. The drive from downtown Atlanta is approximately 45 minutes but give yourself more time.

We recommend that you pack a picnic lunch. There are picnic tables available on site. Please note that the only food they sell at Mayfield Dairy is ice cream.

The tour takes approximately 30-40 minutes and ends with ice cream!! Each scoop of ice cream is $1.50 and you must bring CASH to pay for this!!! Following the Mayfield Dairy tour, we will continue on to a farm for pumpkin picking and a walk through beautiful trails.

We will then head to a farm where you can grab your camera and get some great fall shots of picking a pumpkin, touring and enjoying 3 miles of walking trails through the beautiful fall leaves.

Step back in time and experience life on a farm in the early 1900s! The property, a former cotton farm, has been restored to depict typical 1930s subsistence farm in Gwinnett County. One of the original tenant farmhouses on the property has been restored, as well as the barn, well house, chicken coop, buggy shed and blacksmith shed. The McDaniel Farm House features displays in several of the rooms that can be viewed by visitors. The natural beauty of the park can also be experienced through several recreational amenities, including 2.5 miles of connecting, paved multi-purpose trails, a picnic pavilion and a large informal play area.
