BYOB Pasta Making Class and Dinner

Grab a bottle of your favorite Vino and join STL Adventures for a BYOB Pasta Making Class and Dinner on Wednesday, February 22nd at 7pm at The Irwin Street Cooking School!

  

  

 

Pastabilities with Sauce Cooking Class with Chef Jake!

This from scratch pasta class includes a delicious handmade pasta and sauce.  Learn how to make homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, and walnuts.  Bring your own wine to enjoy. As a special treat this class will be taught by The Cooking School Irwin Street's founder, chef and food aficionado Jake Rothschild! 

Skills taught in this class include:

  • Pasta making from scratch including dough making, rolling, shaping, and filling
  • Saute techniques to create from scratch sauce
  • And much, much more...

 

After our pasta making adventures, we will sit down for a family-style meal to enjoy the fruits of our labor. 

Dinner Menu includes:

  • Handmade Ravioli Stuffed with Ricotta Cheese, Spinach and Walnuts
  • Mixed Green Salad with Vinaigrette
  • Garlic Bread
  • Jakes Gelato or Sorbet
  • Water and Coffee
  • And of course... BYOB wine!

    Just a few additional details from Irwin Street Cooking School... There is parking in front of the market as well some street parking if needed. The Cooking School is at the end of the building and Chef Jake will be there to greet you.

    Guests are welcome to bring wine. The Cooking School has wine glasses and disposable cups for beverages.

    Gracious host - Justin was fun, knowledgeable and patient with us novice pasta makers. We dined like royalty on our ricotta/spinach-stuffed ravioli. The evening ended with some of Justin's gourmet ice cream! Super great event!
