I am interested in going tubing at Helen, but I have an small lap dog (less than 10 pounds), and I do not anyone to take care of him that day. He likes being in the water, and he has a life best. I like to take him everywhere; I am wondering if I could bring him tubing with me?

I would like to attend the Dragon Boat Race today, however there is no PayPal option to make a payment. I understand that this event has been paid in advance. Is there another way for me to pay for this or it possible for me to pay later? Please advise.
