Q&A: What kind of boats are they? White water or flat water? We have 2 stable lake Pelican solo-kayaks. Also, how are the water levels right now for your location and planned trip? Unless it rains during the week, the park's gauge reads between 1-2 inches. At 2 inches a kayak can flow down the Towaliga River and run class 1 shoals/ledges. At 1 inch we float most of the way and then have to walk the last few shoal/ledges until our take out. Towaliga is not a dam release river. Hope this helps.
