Hi Saul. Not sure if your offer is still good. I live at 285-W and N. Peachtree/Chamblee Dunwoody which is the first exit going west on 285 from 85 which I assume is the way you would be coming from Duluth. I live in a condo on the access road so not much or a detour to get me.
