Sherry, the following are part of the Ergonomic Workstation Design manual: foot rest tilted up 4", seat15"-20" knees at 90 degrees, seat back inclined 10-30 degrees, lumbar support, seat back angle 100 degrees to 120 degrees, knees clearing the desk, elbows at 90 degrees and by the sides, screen 15-20 degrees below your eye sight, viewing distance 15"-30", keyboard 25"-31" h, angle of screen 0-7 degrees back tilt.
